When you create a tenancy agreement, the information you enter (property address, tenant names, rent details, etc.) is processed to generate your document. If you subscribe to Pro, we collect your email address and payment information is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the Service: generating your documents, managing your subscription, and providing support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Retention
Documents are generated on-demand and are not permanently stored on our servers unless you create an account and explicitly save them. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
4. Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We receive only a customer identifier and subscription status — not your card number.
5. Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Service is used. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the Service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
